How to place an Order:
To place an order you can use our Shopping Cart provided on this site where we can process the payment with your credit or debt card through Pay Pal.
If you don't want to use Pay Pal and our Online Shopping Cart, you can also place your order by e-mail at: info@sufiprayerflags.com or by phone at: (808) 575-5009, where other payment arrangements can be made.
Please include in your e-mail: Item number and quantity of products you wish to order, with your name, mailing address, Country, Phone number, and e-mail address.
Method of Payment:
You may return any seriously defective item, at the purchaser's expense, within 30 days of the shipment date for replacement or credit. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received in, which means neatly folded with no wrinkles, in its original bag. Please contact us to receive return authorization before you send back any item.
Please note that reasonable variations must be allowed for the handmade
nature of the goods.
All orders are to be prepaid through Pay Pal, by check, or shipped C.O.D.
within the United States.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, USPS Priority Mail from Hawaii will take 3 - 5 days depending on location. You can expect your order to arrive within a week or more, if the Post Office is slow.
For shipping outside the USA, please contact us via e-mail with your desired order and shipping location, we will then contact you with a total amount which will include the shipping cost to your area.
Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost, however since we are located in Hawaii, overnight shipping is a 2 day process.
